A flat rate of $50 includes international shipping, packaging and handling



Shipping Policy


As I am the sole worker of Silvi Glattauer Photography, I will attempt to process your order within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends or holidays.

 If I am unable to ship your print within 2 or 3 days I will contact you via email.

All prints will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and either sandwiched between acid free foam core in a flat pack or rolled in a post-quality cardboard tube.

Prints will be posted by Express Australia Post with a tracking number. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Variations & Refunds

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of art works that appear on my website. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Due to the handmade element of printmaking the art works may have a variation of up to 10% in both colour and dimensions from the original image displayed on my website.

If you change your mind before the print is sent, please notify me and I will refund you the full amount you paid for the print.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to an order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with your print or it is damaged on arrival, please email me and return the print within 5 working days via a trackable shipping carrier. If possible return print in it’s original packaging. A full refund or exchange will be provided upon receipt of the print.
